yiaks >_< 3mths since i've last posted? wat have i been doing? lol. nth? -.- ok mayb not nth at all. but all the things tat i did had nth to do wif mugging! so proud of myself? ...

anyways, prelims ended 2 weeks ago, n i got back all the results today. well, it was ok. except for physics. so wat if i passed physics for midyears? dun ask me wat's wrong. cos i oso dunno. physics怎么了! lol. chem turned out to be better? but im quite disappointed for econs, given tat i was aiming for a C/D, n i oly ended up getting an E. nv top my class oso. -.- sianned. urghs.

so, its like 1mth to a lvl! n i need to study physics all over again! aiya, i always like this de. rmb o lvl tat i flung my comb hum n spent like 1 whole mth studying geog n ss b4 o lvl. now im juz gonna mug physics all the way. most of the time i think? no wrong. most of the time will be spent on doing other useless things. confirm one. -.- watever. see how it goes.

n its 2 more mths to holidays! super looking forward to it this 2 weeks cos my mum abandoned her family n ran back to shanghai herself. -.- how i wish i'm the one back there. haiz. nvm. shall countdown to 13 dec. lol. see, even the date is set. how excited i am! xDDDD

haiz. this week hasnt been gd. all the comments from teachers n all the hw+revision tats coming. im so not looking forward to skool. i shall start mugging. though all the results r not back yet, but i dun think i will do well lah. shall not make the same mistakes for prelims, which is like 9 weeks away. T_T

anyways, i decided to come up wif this list tat i recommend to ppl hu wanna go on a diet. i mean, is not suitable for ppl hu wan to lose 5kg per week, and its all the food tat i consumed for the past 5mths =) if u can endure, confirm can make it de.

TOP 10 FOOD SUITABLE FOR A DIET
1) Digestive biscuit - 70kcal per piece. so eat 2 each time. i ate this as lunch for the first 3 weeks. quite useful, n filling too! but limit urself to 2 pieces. and can eat it wif milk. full fat will do also, but low fat is better rite?

2) APPLES - like omg this is the best food tat will aid u in ur diet? each apple is about 50-60kcal, but digesting it uses 75kcal! so, eat lah. for me i ate it as dinner for the first 3mths? is filling too.

3) Cucumber - another negative calories food. its gd. but i nv really ate it alone. but it shud fill u up so tat u will eat less of other food. eating it plain is not nice. so can dip it in some low calorie sauce, or juz some chilly sauce will do.

4) TOMATO - this is really gd for ppl hu likes to eat it raw or wif sugar. u will, SUGAR? isnt it like dam fattening? i mean, its ok lah. 100g is 350kcal, u confirm wont eat 100g of sugar rite? lol. i recommend cherry tomatoes, cos they r gd to eat raw. for those big tomatoes, boil it in water n remove the skin.

5) tea-leaf eggs - each hard boiled egg is about 75kcal. but then eating the egg alone is like dam sian rite. tea leaf eggs r nice. but limit urself to 1 per day, cos its high in cholesterol. i used to eat it as dinner.

6) vitagen - 53kcal per bottle. actually its quite high in energy, but then it will help u in ur digestion. it will ensure u tat u will go to the toilet regularly. lol. drink it as breakfast.

7) honey lemon drink - 30kcal,this is really gd, it serves as the same purpose as vitagen. slice the lemon n immerse it in honey. can keep very long as long as u refrigerate it. two slices+200ml of warm water.

8) Fruits - actually any type of fruits will do, but try to avoid durian all those. no harm eating more than 2 servings per day rite. lol.

9) Cereal drink - i bought 1 packet of this, n until now haven even finish. lol. cos its a bit sickening to drink it everyday. but its gd. dam filling. n not really very high in energy, 120kcal only. i recommend consuming it as breakfast.

10) sunflower seeds - u noe there is this snack called sunsnack tat can be found in all supermarkets? this is gd for ppl hu r craving for nuts, i mean peanuts all those. but this sunflower seed is only 80kcal per packet, so its gd. hahas.

i noe im gonna get killed by all the nutritionists around singapore. lol. but u can consider my options. =) oh, ppl hu's bmi is below 23, dun rely on the food tat i mentioned only. cos its not gonna work. n for ppl hu's bmi is above 23, it will work it u can stand only eating all those. shall provide another list the next time i come n post.

its oly recently tat this sentence is being digested by my brain. was watching the taiwan show NRWZD, n realised how many women r working dam hard in order to look gd. n mind you, taiwan gals start to put make up like since 13? crazy rite. -.-

i realise tat im starting the change, my mindset i mean. few mths ago i can tell ppl tat im those who dun mind going to the beach or a swim without any UV protection, n now im telling shaun tat i prefer indoor activities. lol. n i came to this conclusion tat, wow, 2009 is a busy year for me. hahas. nvm, shall tok bout tat some other time.

woke up early for the past 3 days. sat went shopping wif mum at vivocity. the ppl there was like, u nv noe singapore got so many ppl. lol. i mean, its different from the crowd at orchard, where ppl spreads out. but at vivo, all the ppl like will bang into each other no matter how. ... so much for the global financial crisis, n shops like zara n mango r flooded wif ppl. lol. tok so much about others, i was among one of them too. xD anyways, got a new bag, n a whole bag of cookies n sweets from candy empire. !!! wat happen to my diet? rawr~

later going shopping wif jinkee at orchard. im leaving like in 30min. hahas.

ok, althought this sounds weird, but ppl r getting deceived by my looks. lol. weird rite? but im not toking about character wise or anything, its my, duh looks. -.-

anyways, its the last day for mid year. mind u, its not over yet. today's paper is in the afternoon, so im kinda still mugging. burnt mid nite oil last nite, n i think its worth it lah. cos really after the chem paper, i think nth more can upset me, or making me feel like juz heck care-ing all the rest of the subjects. -.- hopefully i can pass the rest. urgh, chem teachers r a killer, n dam sacastic as well. zzz

but then, its like 7 more hrs to all the shopping for the rest of the weekend, n pls monday its youth day! shud enjoy it b4 i start going back to be a mugger rite? its juz 2 more mths of torture, then holidays. oh, then its exams again. yaikz, watever. i doubt anything can be worse than the chem paper ytd. HA HA HA. =.= *with the look on my face+rolling my eyeballs*

yaikz, here i am, in the middle of mid year common test, not mugging n on9 doing dunno wat. lol.

anyways, the past few papers were like hell lah. -.- 3hrs ytd for econs, n 3hrs today for maths. -.- maths was really horrible. urgh. i was telling jinkee n weiting tat mayb gimme 1 more hr i can finish the paper. blekz. die already. paper2 wont be much better, i guess. haiz. n tml got chem! i really wanna do well for chem. haiz. sianned. watever. n dam exhausted after all the writing 3hrs non-stop. ......
